Dumaguete City- ACEDDI DiabetesCenter is now open to serve the community, marking a significant milestone as the first diabetes center in the Negros Island Region (NIR). The center was inaugurated today, November 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM, with a special blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony held at its location on the 7th floor, Room 730.
The center will be run by trained Diabetes educator, Ms Lina Villanueve, RN, MN and Mr. Ele Frank Gerard Tale, RND
The event featured a message from Dr. Robert Tan, President, who emphasized the center's focus on diabetes prevention rather than cure, highlighting a proactive approach to health management. Dr. Aideline E. Sison, Medical Director, and Dr. Angelique Love Gica, Endocrinologist, also shared their vision for the center's role in the community.
